Processing and Shipping

All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification to track its progress.

Import Duties and Taxes

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT (Value Added Tax), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your country. As the customer, you are responsible for these charges if they are applied.

Checking Order Status

Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly contact us at hello@abundgrow.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
